How to Reset or Change Your gig-a Account Password

Overview #

If you forgot your gig-a password or want to update it for security, you can reset or change it at any time. Updating your password does not affect your stored files, access level, or shared links.

Resetting a Forgotten Password #

1. Go to the gig-a login page.

2. Click Forgot Password.

3. Enter your account email.

4. Check your inbox for a Password Reset link.

5. Follow the link and set a new, secure password.

If you don’t receive the email:

• Check spam/junk folders

• Ensure your mailbox isn’t blocking automated messages

• Confirm you entered the correct email address

Changing Your Password When Logged In #

1. Open Account Settings

2. Select Security

3. Click Change Password

4. Enter your current and new password

5. Save your changes

Password Requirements #

• At least 12 characters

• Uppercase and lowercase letters

• At least one number

• At least one special character

• Cannot reuse your last five passwords

Troubleshooting #

If your reset link is expired or invalid, simply request a new one from the login page.
